Company Registration in the UK filed with Companies house
After a period of planning and legal work we have found the fastest and best way of going to the Stock Exchange and have filled the company registration papers in the UK. Going to the Stock exchange
The way we are entering the Stock Exchange is by buying an already listed company and merge JAALifestyle with this company. With this move, it is also natural to change the currency from USD to Euro as all payment solutions are in EUR. This will happen from the day we open for activating.
